The expected delivery time has passed. Where's my order?

In 99% of cases, orders arrive within the expected delivery time.

Unfortunately, sometimes an order can be delayed in transit.

You can check the status by emailing our customer service team. Please include your order number and send the email from the same address you used to place the order.

To open a dispute in your portal, please contact info@hahppy.com with the subject line: DISPUTE and let us know what's going on.

When can I expect my order?

We believe you shouldn't have to pay too much for the product you want, so we ship directly from our supplier.

This saves on shipping, storage and packaging costs, which means we can offer products at a fair price.

Our order timeframe is split into two parts:

Processing time: Your order is approved, quality checked and packed. All orders are sent to the distribution centre for delivery within 48 hours of being placed.

Delivery time: This is the time it takes for your items to travel from the distribution centre to their final destination.

Delivery usually takes 8-16 business days.

Note: During busy periods, delivery may occasionally take a little longer due to high demand or courier capacity.

You can track your parcel using your 4 or 5-digit order number (#xxxxx) and your email address.

The tracking number isn't showing any information. How is that possible?

Tracking information becomes available as soon as your parcel arrives with the carrier. Please note that delays can occur, and it may take a little longer for the information to show up on your order.
