The ordering process consists of two stages:

Processing Time: Your order is confirmed, checked and prepared for shipment. All orders are normally dispatched within 48–72 hours after we receive your order.

Delivery Time: Delivery time refers to the time it takes for your order to travel from our fulfilment facility to your delivery address. Delivery normally takes approximately 6–18 days.

FREE Shipping on Orders Over $50 AUD
We cover the shipping cost for all orders over $50 AUD. Orders below this amount may be subject to a shipping fee. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Taxes & Duties

Where applicable, taxes such as GST will be handled in accordance with Australian requirements.

Depending on the origin and destination of your order, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. Where such charges are not included in your order total, they may be payable by the customer.
